POLICY
This Policy is in place to provide information to clientele regarding our requirements and procedures as they relate to your visit at Cosmetic FX. Please read carefully as this outlines possible health risks associated with our services and the procedures we have in place to minimise risk.
All Bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
Deposits can be processed using ZipPay/Afterpay. Please phone us if this is the preferred method of payment.
PLEASE READ THE POLICY BELOW PRIOR TO BOOKING.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
ALL DEPOSITS ARE STRICTLY NON REFUNDABLE. If for any reason you cannot attend your appointment 24 hours notice is required to reschedule. If 24 hours notice has not been given your deposit will be charged as a missed appointment fee and another deposit will be required to reschedule. This means if you are sick on the day, have an emergency or accident, have a unwell pet, stuck in traffic, or FOR ANY REASON you do not give 24 hours notice your $100 non refundable deposit will be forfeited. If you do give 24 hours notice and don't reschedule your appointment your deposit is still non refundable, it will go on your file as a credit to use at a later date.
Cosmetic tattoo clients - If you miss your complimentary 4-6 week touch-up appointment without 24 hours notice standard touch-up rates will apply. Complimentary touch-ups are only complimentary if they are booked within 4-6 weeks of your initial appointment. If you need to reschedule your touch-up appointment and it falls outside of the complimentary period you will be required to pay the FULL touch-up standard touch up rates of $400.00.
AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Payment is to be made in FULL and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Your appointment CAN NOT be rescheduled once booked, no exceptions - make sure you're available and attend.
LATE/NO SHOW POLICY
If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment we will NOT see you. It is unfair to other clients to have to wait and we do not rush perfection. Your deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be required to reschedule.
If you fail to attend your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be required to reschedule.
Cosmetic tattoo clients - If you miss your 4-6 week touch-up appointment standard touch-up rates will apply of $400.00.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We will NOT carry out Cosmetic Tattooing on pregnant/lactating women. Potential allergic reactions/infection can put your baby at risk. Please hold off if you are nursing as everything that goes into your body can potentially affect your baby. We want you both to be as healthy as possible.
If for any reason we cannot perform the service you booked in for due to Medical History, having a previous tattoo, being underage, pregnant, breastfeeding, or any other circumstance which we deem unfit your deposit will be forfeited - Book a FREE Consultation prior to confirm your procedure can go ahead.
You MUST be 18+ years old to get cosmetic tattooing.
You MUST NOT be under the influence of drugs or alcohol for any procedure.
Please allow at least 48 hours prior to your appointment for any grooming (waxing, threading, tweezing, tinting) to your brows.
Children/Pets are NOT permitted in the treatment room. Please organise a sitter for your little one/s.
If there are any skin flaws within the area treatment area the appointment may be postponed until healing is complete. Please email through a photo & we will contact you to discuss your options.
If you have had surgery within the last 3 months please notify us. Tattooing can have affect on your immune system. If you are still healing tattooing may prolong recovery time and also put you more at risk for possible infection/health complications.
You must follow the aftercare instructions carefully to help reduce the risk of infection and give your new tattoo the best possible outcome. Please contact your tattooist if you have any concerns over your healing period.
